Because there is such an opportunity to use both modalities together, I use Sound Therapy, as an integration tool in Relational Somatic Therapy sessions as well as, small group workshops connecting sound and body in a mindfulness-based approach.

Solo/Couple
Sound Immersion

Solo Immersion
$100 - 60 min session
Couple Immersion
$200 - 75 min session

For both solo and couple sound immersions, I use a combination of auditory looping, specific frequency emitting instruments, and my voice to create a personalized soundscape that can help support and calm the nervous system through the somatic lens of listening and body awareness.

Before the session, we will determine the focus of the immersion, and depending on that, clients may learn a visualization or a breath technique which they can utilize during and after the immersion.

In couples sessions, sound therapy can be used to help both partners relax, connect, and experience a sense of harmony together through shared auditory experiences. This can enhance communication, deepen emotional connections, and promote relaxation within the relationship.

It is important to note that the term "couple" in this instance does not signify a romantic relationship and is open to any relationship form.

Clients will receive this service on a massage table with soft blankets and pillows and are advised to wear comfortable clothing.

New Moon
Sound Immersion

Drop-in Group Immersion

The new moon offers a unique opportunity to connect with oneself and set intentions. It is a powerful time to cultivate somatic awareness and focus on achievable goals. To support this experience, before the session, I will send out some materials such as journal prompts and recorded guided meditations to help those who are new to somatic awareness to get a feel for the evening.

Soundscapes are created by my guided spoken and sung prompts, auditory looping, and specific frequency emitting instruments to support integration and alignment with your set intentions.

Participating in a group session can create a sense of community and connection with others. However, everyone will have their own unique experience, and there is no mandatory group participation. The new moon drop-in is designed to be an accessible introduction to my somatic sound immersions.

The group will arrive at a spot set up for each participant on the floor with a yoga mat, soft blanket, and a pillow. It is recommended that participants wear comfortable clothes and bring any extra blankets or pillows they might need. Also, please bring a journal, pen, empty jar, and an essential oil of your choice.

Nervous System Reset Sound Immersion

This is an ideal experience for beginners in somatic sound therapy, and it's also a great next step for those who have previously attended the New Moon Immersion. Our focus is on building somatic awareness principles, and there are no mandatory prerequisites for attending this session.

Soundscapes are created by my guided spoken and sung prompts, auditory looping, and specific frequency emitting instruments to support integration and relaxation for a full nervous system reset.

During the experience, we will use a guided breath technique and visualization to anchor and explore somatic awareness in the sound immersion.

The heart brain connection helps us to reconnect and feel our healthy coherent state of being, improving our overall effectiveness, decision making, and enhances the aligned resonant frequency of our own natural healthy state within our nervous system.

The group will arrive at a spot set up for each participant on the floor with a yoga mat, soft blanket, and a pillow. It is recommended that participants wear comfortable clothes and bring any extra blankets or pillows they might need. Also, please bring a journal and a pen if you like to write.
