I believe every person has an innate capacity for resilience, adaptation, and growth.

Even when life has been overwhelming, traumatic, or exhausting, the body holds an extraordinary intelligence. Long before we consciously understand what is happening, our bodies and nervous systems are already responding—protecting, adapting, and helping us survive. Many of the patterns we struggle with today were once wise responses to the circumstances we lived through.

As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) specializing in Relational Somatic Therapy (RST), I offer an integrative approach that supports both the mind and the body. I also integrate therapeutic sound to support nervous system regulation, deepen interoceptive awareness, and help people reconnect with themselves in a gentle, meaningful way.

At the heart of my work is the belief that the body is a living archive of our lived, felt experiences. Together, we explore not only your story, but how those experiences may be reflected within your body and nervous system. Through relational somatic therapy, nervous system education, mindful awareness, and therapeutic sound, we cultivate greater capacity, resilience, and choice—supporting your ability to respond from the present moment rather than from old survival patterns.

More often, they need the opportunity to slow down enough to reconnect with the wisdom of what their body and nervous system have been communicating all along.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than twenty-five years as a professional musician. Today, that understanding of rhythm and resonance is woven together with relational somatic therapy and evidence-informed nervous system education through The Resonance Method™.

Alongside my counselling practice, I facilitate workshops, retreats, and educational experiences for healthcare professionals, educators, organizations, leadership teams, and community groups. Whether I'm working with an individual or a team, my intention remains the same: to help people better understand the relationship between the body, the nervous system, and the conditions that support lasting change.

It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they reconnect with their resilience, discover the wisdom already within them, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence, vitality, connection, and wholeness.
