Group and Private Sound Immersion Cancellation Policy

Pre-payment is required to secure your booking. Payment must be received within 24 hours of registration; otherwise, the spot will be released.

For Group Sound Immersions:

• More than 7 days’ notice: 50% refund or full credit toward a future event.

• Less than 7 days’ notice: No refund, though rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.

• No show: No refund or credit.

For Private Group Bookings or Customized Events:

• Pre-payment is required within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.

• 7+ days’ notice: 50% refund or option to reschedule once within 60 days.

• Less than 7 days’ notice or no show: No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at the facilitator’s discretion if notice is given prior to the event.

Workshops and Community Rest and Reset:

Pre-payment is required for Workshops and the group immersion events. Payment is required within 24 hours of registration to secure your spot.
Cancellation/refund policy:
***This purchase is non- refundable. However you may transfer your spot to another individual by providing me their full name by email. ******
