Reweaving the Self
A ceremony of Return with Sarah McGlynn & Marie Zak

There are parts of us that go quiet. Parts that splinter off in moments of too much, too soon.

But they never vanish - they wait. In dreams, in the body, in memory.

This is an invitation to return, to reweave.

Together, we (Sarah & Marie), are guiding a ceremonial workshop rooted in ancestral ritual, somatic wisdom, sound, and story.

We’ll journey through the body’s layers, the held, the hidden, the forgotten - and begin to call back the parts that got left behind.

Using breath awareness, somatic exploration, guided meditation, and immersive soundscapes, we’ll soften the edges between now and then - and reweave a deeper wholeness.

This space is for you if you’re longing for ritual, reclamation, and reweaving those remembered parts of yourself.
