In between festivals, family camping trips, late nights, and everything summer asks of us—it’s easy to forget our bodies need rest, too. This evening offers a pause. A quiet space to soften the static, slow the pace, and come back into rhythm.

We’ll move gently through a blend of sound, breath, and nervous system cues—supporting your body to settle, without needing to do anything but arrive. The soundscape has been written specifically for this experience—to support deep recalibration, sensory integration, and restorative rest.

What to Expect:

🔹 Resonant sound (tuning forks + tonal instruments)

🔹 A composed soundscape designed to support regulation

🔹 Breath-led pacing + somatic guidance for overstimulated systems

🔹 A calm, shared space to restore what’s been stretched thin

If there’s someone in your world who’s feeling the summer stretch, this is a beautiful experience to share. Or come on your own and reset. All are welcome.
