Most of us know what drains us.
We know what leaves us exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stretched beyond our capacity.
But how often do we pause to consider what genuinely nourishes us?
What supports vitality?
What helps us feel energized, connected, creative, and more fully ourselves?
Over the past Burnt-Out Body gatherings, we've explored the impact of chronic stress, hormonal shifts, nervous system overload, and the ways modern life can leave us feeling depleted.
This month, we're exploring what happens beyond depletion.
Together, we'll explore vitality through the lenses of Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, Acutonics, nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, Tui Na massage, and integrative sound therapy.
Throughout the afternoon, we'll become curious about:
• The difference between rest and restoration
• What genuinely nourishes us
• How vitality is supported through both body and nervous system
• The role of pleasure, connection, and meaning in well-being
• What helps us reconnect with choice, capacity, and resilience
• Why small, consistent experiences often create the greatest shifts over time
The experience includes:
• Traditional Chinese Medicine teachings on Jing, Kidney energy, Yin, Yang, and vitality
• Brain-based somatic therapy and nervous system education
• Acupuncture, acupressure, Acutonics, and Tui Na massage
• Guided embodied and reflective practices
• Integrative sound therapy and immersive sound experiences
• Practical take-home tools to support vitality in everyday life
You will leave with a deeper understanding of what supports your energy, practical ways to cultivate restoration, and simple practices to help your body reconnect with vitality long after the workshop ends.
Because vitality is not something we find.
It is something we cultivate.
